At Pabeena, we currently offer exchange only.

7-Day Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

• No returns or refunds are offered.

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Customized or made-to-order pieces

• Sale or discounted items

• Products showing signs of wear or damage

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or an unboxing video.

Exchange Shipping

• Customers bear the cost of returning the product.

• Pabeena will ship the exchanged item at no additional cost (within India).
