2. Orders & Payments
• Orders will be confirmed via email once payment is successfully completed.
• We accept payments through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your card details.
• In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed.
3. Shipping & Delivery
• Delivery timelines vary depending on location and availability.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
4. Returns & Exchanges
• Returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of damaged or incorrect items.
• To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photos.
• Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
• Customised or discounted items are not eligible for return.
5. Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, unless already shipped.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
