Order Processing & Craft Care

All Pabeena orders are carefully prepared and quality-checked before dispatch.

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 working days after confirmation.

  • Select designs may be made-to-order; such pieces may require additional preparation time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping Timelines

  • Within India:
    Orders are delivered within 5–8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Deliveries to remote or non-metro regions may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

  • Complimentary shipping across India on prepaid orders above ₹1499.

  • A minimal shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below this value.

  • All shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout—no hidden costs.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment tracking link via WhatsApp/SMS/Email, allowing you to follow your Pabeena creation every step of the way.

Delivery Delays

While we strive for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier disruptions, weather conditions, or regional restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such rare situations.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs. Our team will review and assist you promptly, ensuring a seamless resolution.
